Ken Wormald is a DC region-based real estate developer from Potomac, Maryland. Ken brings a wealth of experience from his real estate development company, The Wormald Companies, and has done projects in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC.

CEO of Architekton Resources, Emergent Development Company, and Illuminate Technologies

Michael H Peters, BSME, Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, Harvard Graduate School of Design, and Harvard Business School, Real Estate Management, is President and CEO of Architekton Resources and Illuminate WiFi, Washington, DC and Knoxville, TN, as well as co-instigator of a new endeavor, Emergent Development, based in Washington, DC.

Justin is a seasoned Real Estate executive with a diverse background in development, planning, and construction. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of North America’s largest real estate companies, REITS and pension funds, delivering large, high profile and challenging projects.

Scott A. Hechlik

Managing Director/Asset Manager of Osprey s.a. Ltd

Scott Hechlik offers more than eighteen years experience in the commerical real estate industry, including development, construction, management and acquisition. He is the Managing Director/Asset Manager of Osprey s.a. Ltd, a privately held real estate fund, and previously with Turner Construction, in Chicago and Detroit.

Paul H. White

Senior Vice President & Co-Head Of Residential

Paul is responsible for developing residential components for Four Seasons hotel and resort mixed-use and stand-alone developments around the world. He is currently working in nearly every major market in the Americas, EMEA and APAC theaters – as well as a number of key emerging markets - developing both primary and vacation home residences with some of the world’s most prominent and influential developers, investors, architects and interior designers.
